Interbanca Finances Enfinity For A New Photovoltaic Park in Foggia/Italy

Ghent, Belgium – 22 August 2008. Through their own subsidiary Enfinity 4 Srl, Enfinity Management BVBA has concluded the financing contract realizing “project finance” for a new photovoltaic park in the province of Foggia in Italy. The project envisages the realization of 6 photovoltaic tracking plants with a maximum power of 4.3 MW.

 




Enfinity Signs Major Frame Agreement With Real Estate Company VGP

Ghent, Belgium, 22 August 2008 - Enfinity Management today announced that it has signed a major exclusive framework agreement with VGP, an international real estate company.  In this agreement Enfinity Management will develop and realize PV solar energy projects in the Czech Republic and other countries for a period of 5 years.
