Enfinity Expands Worldwide Footprint with Opening of Americas Headquarters in U.S.

Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.A, March 18, 2010 – Enfinity today announced the opening of a U.S. headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia to expand its ability to develop and finance solar energy opportunities for its fast growing base of customers and prospects in the North, Central and South American markets.

Enfinity specializes in the finance, design, construction and operation of solar solutions for property owners, utilities and financial partners. It is a respected leader in the creation of renewable energy project finance funds and has financed over $3 billion in solar energy projects worldwide.

Enfinity has been in operation from Sacramento, California and Ottawa, Ontario since 2008 from which it has developed over 40 megawatts in projects. The Sacramento office will continue to thrive and grow under the new Atlanta headquarters along with the existing subsidiary in Ontario. Expansion plans will continue across the Americas.

The worldwide project platform of Enfinity currently exceeds 145 megawatts (MW) across twenty countries and enables the new U.S. entity with unsurpassed access to technical and financial expertise in creating turnkey solar solutions. The staff compliment of the Atlanta headquarters will expand to 30 people in 2010 as it develops 70 MW in projects throughout 2010 with an additional 200 MW in 2011.
