Enfinity Continues U.S. Expansion, Acquires ClearPeak
Atlanta, GA – October 11, 2010 – Enfinity America Corporation, a leading international solar power project developer, announced today that the company has acquired USA solar developer ClearPeak. The move consolidates Enfinity’s coast-to-coast presence in the solar space while leveraging the 80 years of combined energy and renewable experience within ClearPeak. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
